Free and Pay-What-You-Want 5e DMs Guild Highlights: Week Ending 10.12.19

Every week, talented creators upload Dungeons and Dragons products to the DMs Guild, pricing them as free or pay-what-you-want in order to reach customers. Dozens of new free and pwyw products are added each week alone. It is a lot to sort through. My hope is that highlighting a few of each week's best supplements will help the designers get the attention they deserve.

You can find previous posts in this series HERE.

Paper Minis of Phandelver from Owlbear Originals

I have mentioned my love of paper minis before. Here is a set covering all of the creatures from the original starter set adventure.

Roll to Feast from Matthew Jarmak

This is a great idea for a supplement. Want to add more...uh...flavor to your game? Here is a set of tables to devise unique menus for your taverns and inns.

A Wanderer's Guide to the Feywild from Tom C.

I was (and still am) a big fan of the way 4e handled the planes, and made liberal use of the Feywild and Shadowfell in my games. This is a really nice 50-page Feywild supplement for 5e, with professional layout, creatures, magic items, random tables, and tons of lore. Grab it for sure.

Tar Island from Green Bird RPGs

I have praised Green Bird in this column many times before, as their idiosyncratic art and unique and peculiar ideas have made them one of my favorite 5e publishers. With its earthquakes, tar sands, and weird oozes, this small island makes for a very memorable one-shot adventure location.
